You’re probably asking yourself; “Who is Jordan and why would I care about what he posts?”

Well I don’t blame you.  I haven’t really thought about creating an online presence since I was in college and blogging was the thing to do.  I felt it obligatory to include past mistakes as it’s important to know how far I’ve come.

I’ve been working in the customer service field going on 8 years and have helped grow AWeber’s Customer Solutions Team to a whole new level.

If you’re interested in reading more about what I’ve worked on as a Supervisor with AWeber, check out my LinkedIn profile.

My work focus is still on developing my team but my personal focus is continuing my journey on becoming a product manager.  I’ve always had a passion on trying to solve the problem of “How the heck do I use this tool?” for online users.  Within my current position, it’s educating my customers and my team on how to use our Email Marketing service.

I’ve always had a passion for tinkering.  Only my parents can tell you how many electronic devices I’ve taken apart and failed at putting them back together.  That inquisitive nature has translated to me trying to understand why customers struggle with software and how not only AWeber but SaaS companies overall can simply do better.  The posts I publish will run the gambit of:

  • How I finally decided to go down the path of product management
  • Helping others see that ‘Customer Service’ is a springboard to other professional avenues
  • How I’ve developed/supported AWeber in evolving the Customer Solutions Team
  • Tidbits of my hobbies and extracurricular activities

I’m a pretty accessible guy on Social Media so please don’t hesitate to connect with me.  I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
